Cooking Instructions: soak 250g of adzuki beans overnight. After that, discard water, put the fresh one and cook the beans until soft
heat 1/3 of oil on the pan, add 1 spoon of butter
put chopped 2 onions, 3 pressed cloves of garlic , pinch of black pepper, ginger and cayenne pepper, fry for a short while
add 5 filed mushrooms, sprinkle some salt, fry until water evaporates
add cooked beans
add 3 spoons of chopped parsley greens
add 1/3 sppon of turmeric and 1/2 teaspoon of marjoram
add 1/2 teaspoon of cumin, hard boiled chicken egg
add 1 pinch of savoy
add a bit of salt to taste, stir well and leave to cool
