Cooking Instructions: combine herbal powder (in grams) and stir vigorously into hot water before drinking. Note: This formula estimates the percentage used in a classical version of Xiao Yao San (Free and Easy Wanderer Formula). However, Evergreen herbal formula replace Sheng Jiang (fresh ginger) with Wei Jiang (roasted ginger). Wei jiang is stronger in its action to descend, and weaker in its action to disperse. Treats Eastern: Liver qi stagnation, Liver overacting Spleen, Liver constraint with blood deficiency Treats Western: hypochondriac pain, breast distension, headache, alternating fever and chills, fatigue, poor appetite |
