which is solely owned by Justin Hays, LAc.
ChineseNutrition.org is strictly an informational and research oriented product,
which is the intellectual property of Justin Hays and
SRC Inc respectively. All information provided is
provided without warranty or guarantee of accuracy. Although you
may obtain coaching from a licensed health care practitioner, this is not
inclusive of any medical advice and you should always check with your doctor before making any changes to your lifestyle or health.
We do not provide individual medical advice. The information we publish is based on our opinions plus our statistical independent research.

or their employees.
Without limitation, SRC Inc shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damages related to, either directly or indirectly,
(1) any health related conditions that develop after implementing lifestyle changes recommended by our web site or coaching team;
(2) a subscriber’s inability to use or understand any source of material provided by SRC Inc, ChineseNutrition.org,
or their respective coaching team;
(3) SRC Inc's failure to deliver or delay in delivering any material or
(4) any kind of error in transmission of material; or
(5) the use by a subscriber of any information treat or diagnose other non-subscribers themselves
using information from ChineseNutrition.org, SRC Inc, or
its coaching team; and the Subscriber acknowledges that, without limitation, the above-enumerated conditions cannot be the probable cause of any breach of any agreement between SRC Inc and the Subscriber.
SRC Inc is the copyright owner of all information contained in this service, except as otherwise indicated.
Other parties’ trademarks and service marks that may be referred to herein are the property of their respective owners.

Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible. In addition,
your account access could also be revoked for sharing
your password and login information with others.
When you buy a course, you will be sent an email containing details of how to access the content
within 24-48 hours. We then offer a 5 days "free look"
period for the Chinese Nutrition Master Class, in which
you may request a full refund by sending an email to
cs@chinesenutrition.org. If you instead
contact our payment processors to contest your purchase
as fraud, then we will defend ourselves from any and all
fraudulent allegations. We will not agree that
your purchase was unauthorized and/or fraudulent so
please contact us directly if you are seeking a refund
under the 5 day free look period.
As soon as the
five day free look period has expired, you are
considered to have completed the purchase of a digital product,
and you lose the ‘right to cancel’.
This is because you are granted immediate access to the content to do as you wish with. Refunds are provided on a two-quarter performance-based basis.
There are absolutely no refunds after 30 days, as you
have already received more than 50% of the course
material and/or access to multiple coaching sessions by
that time. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to give your best effort to apply your chosen strategy or strategies, to ensure the highest likelihood of your success.
To receive any sort of refund after the 5 day free look, you must submit proof, if the form of a hand written statement from you, that represents you having undertaken the necessary work, made a concerted effort, and
digested the course contents that you have received in-full. We would like to see that you implemented at least two coaching strategies presented in the class to get your desired results, or otherwise to know why doing so was not reasonably possible.
This measure is in-place to prevent piracy in the form of customers simply purchasing, digesting the information and claiming a refund.
By purchasing you, the receiving party, are agreeing to comply with our confidentiality policy. Any information disclosed by or on behalf of SRC Inc within the product you have purchased
(whether in writing, electronic or digital form, verbally or by inspection of documents, computer systems or sites or pursuant to discussions or by any other means or other forms and whether
directly or indirectly) is confidential in nature or may reasonably be considered to be commercially sensitive, and which relates to the business and affairs of SRC Inc including but not limited to:
All intellectual property rights of SRC Inc and all analyses, educational
materials, statistical data and other documents prepared by the purchaser which contains or otherwise reflect or are generated from the
information referred to within the product.
In consideration of the disclosure of confidential information contained herein by SRC Inc you, the receiving party, agree to undertake that you will keep all information contained herein strictly
confidential and will not disclose any part of it to any other person or entity without the disclosing party’s prior written consent, will not use any part or the whole of the confidential
information directly or indirectly for any purposes other than the permitted purpose without the express written consent of
SRC Inc, will not express opinion via any online source or website
in regard to the product whatsoever, and will use the same degree of care to protect the confidential information as it uses to protect it’s own confidential information, being at least a
reasonable degree of care with defamation resulting in the immediate removal of product(s) from your account along with support access being restricted. Both apply on a permanent basis.
For the purposes of this web site
and any information presented herein, including the
master class course material, 'lifetime access' refers to the lifetime of this web site, but is otherwise indefinite. Should this web site be unable to host for financial, technical, or other reasons then lifetime access will be voided until such as time as the web site comes back to being live (and online).
Payment will be taken from your paypal / credit card / debit card / or other
payment method as agreed at the time of purchase. If payments are defaulted for any reason we will write to notify you, however we will remove you from our
circulation list and product access will be suspended until such time as further payments are received. Payments are handled on a secure site operated by either PayPal,
Square, or Stripe, which are some of the
largest on-line payment providers in the world.
In regards to payments for an individual consultation, these are fully-refundable within 24 hours of a purchase (no questions asked). If you request a refund, funds are returned to your paypal, credit card, or bank account within 3 working days. After a consultation has been completed you may request a 50% refund within 24 hours of the completed consultation. After that, no refunds will be given for consultations.
In regards to payments for the Chinese Nutrition Master Class, you have 5 days from the time that your course access has been activated to request a full refund. After
the initial 5 day "free look" period has expired, refunds will be given on a prorated basis as follows: 50% refund within 30 days
of purchase. Absolutely no refunds after 30 days from
purchase.
The 90 day Chinese Nutrition Master class
program now includes a two hour initial coaching
session, plus 90 days of once weekly private life
coaching support, and 90 days of private email support.
The 90 days of support begins on the date that your
access to the master class is activated. At your initial consultation
the client will choose a fixed (regularly scheduled)
time to meet with their life coach each week (via Zoom).
The regular weekly coaching calls are 45 minutes each,
including one initial consultation that is up to a maximum of two hours
in duration.
Last minute and/or same-week scheduling changes are not
permitted, and client no-shows will not be rescheduled
or refunded. However the client can change their
regularly scheduled time to a different regularly
scheduled time each week, depending upon the
availability of the life coach / mentor. The maximum
number of weekly recurring life coaching sessions that
the client will receive is limited to twelve (12). If
for any reason the life coach misses a weekly session, a
fixed refund of $100 will be given, or the offer will be
extended to schedule the missed meeting for a later
date.
