Simple Soup

recipe: Soup

Cooking Instructions: Gather ingredients: miso paste, scallion, rice noodle, garlic, egg Add water into a small pot, and bring to a boil In a separate small boil, add about a half cup of water and mix with two tablespoons of miso paste and mix using a fork, until a silky consistency is reached and no clumps of mis are left Add miso mixture into pot Finely mince 1-2 cloves of garlic to taste and need, and add into pot Add one serving of rice noodles into the boiling broth, and leave to cook While broth is cooking, prepare 1-4 scallions to taste and need and set aside After broth with noodle have cooked for about 5 minutes, crack two whole eggs directly into the pot and allow egg to cook for 3-7 minutes depending on desired softness of egg yolk Once egg and rice noodles have finished cooking, take soup off of heat and prepare a bowl to transfer soup into Transfer soup into bowl and sprinkle scallions on top (if you prefer your scallions to be cooked or slightly cooked you can add them in during any time during this process Enjoy!
